Co-founder of Guess Paul Marciano has left the position of CEO of the company because of accusations of sexual harassment, the BBC Russian Service reports.

It is reported that his brother, Maurice Marciano, will replace him, who is also a co-founder of the brand.

The investigative commission said that in a number of cases, the charges against Marciano were not confirmed, but he was found guilty of displaying inappropriate behavior against models and photographers.
