The Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation has offered the Ministry of Finance to set a customs duty for all online purchases made from foreign stores, reports "Vedomosti" referring to federal officials.

The Federal Customs Service representative confirmed that the Ministry of Finance sent a complex offer on improving cross-border online commerce.

It is reported that the definition of customs duties will bring the budget up to 25 billion rubles annually.
