Russian Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseyev noted that Russian banks do not have a capital deficit at the moment, RIA Novosti reports.

"Heavy deficit, which would require state support, does not exist at the moment. The inflow of capital from the state is quite extreme, "said Moiseev.

He also added that there is an opinion that the complete stateization (nationalization) of the economy and the banking system is a bad phenomenon.
