Russia will block "gray" phones stolen and unregistered devices will appear in the "black list", transfers Vedomosti.
It is envisaged that importers, as well as Russians, who have purchased a cell phone abroad, will register them in a special database.
The corresponding idea was voiced at the Federation Council.
