Commerzbank AG sells a division dealing with trading transactions at stock exchanges to its competitor French "Societe Generale", reports Interfax-Ukraine.

It is expected that Commerzbank will raise 200 million euros by the end of 2020. Transaction value is not known. Within the framework of the deal, the German bank will sell to its French counterpart its customers and employees, as well as part of the IT infrastructure.
