Access to financial services in Russian villages and settlements will double by 2020, the Russian Central Bank informs.
For this reason, the opening of credit offices at local stores and administrative areas is being considered as an option.
At the same time it is mentioned that opening of banks in less populated areas will allow to exclude the activities of "shady" players.
