Russia's international reserves grew by 0.9 % for a week and amounted to $ 459.6 billion as of July 06 against $ 455.5 billion on June 20, the Russian Bank reported.

"The amount of international reserves increased by $ 4.1 billion or 0.9 % during the week, and as of July 06 they made 459.6 billion dollars," the Central Bank said.

International (gold) reserves of Russia are high liquidity foreign assets, they are in the hands of the Bank of Russia and the Government.
