Binance stock exchange has joined the investors of the first decentralized Founders Bank in Malta.

The company has made an investment in a 5% stake of Founders Bank, Bloomberg reports.

It is expected that Founders Bank will start using blockchain technology together with the Neufund fund rising platform.

Details about the company's coins are not reported.

Founders Bank will receive a European license to avoid problems with the regulator.
