Visa has said that payment cards requirements to ATMs in Russia will get tighter, reports Vedomosti.
It is reported that all ATMs, which will be placed on the territory of Russia from April 18, 2020, should be equipped with a mobile payment system.
The publication notes that such a requirement has been developed specifically for Russia.
