The outflow of net capital from Russia in January-August 2018 grew by 2.8 times to 26.5 billion dollars, reports the Russian CB.
Last year's figure was $ 9.6 billion. Only in January-July, the net outflow of capital increased by 20.1% to $ 17.3 billion.
