Last year, the demand for workers increased by 205 percent compared with 2017 and growth continues. Also, employers are increasingly required drivers, couriers and sellers.

Employers will be offered higher wages in case of a shortage of personnel. In addition, more favorable working conditions and various bonuses will be offered. Last year, the Russian labor market recorded a general increase.
