VTB Bank (Armenia) opened its new, highly technical, comfortable Contact Center, located in Business Center “34” at 34 Garegin Nzhde Street.

For several months, there was repair work in the room intended for the Contact Center employees: the technological component, the color scheme of the interior and the design of the recreation area were carefully selected.

As a result, the Contact Center of VTB Bank (Armenia) is equipped with all the necessary modern equipment and solved in bright, summer colors. For employees, there is also a comfortable spacious seating area, where operators can relax and rejuvenate, as well as fitness equipment and a multifunctional kitchen are installed so that employees enjoy their work.

General Director - Chairman of the Directorate of VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC Ivan Telegin congratulated all employees on the opening of the new Contact Center.

I. Telegin expressed confidence that in the new premises all operators will receive only positive feedback and positive calls, and all problems will be solved quickly and easily.

During the 8 years of its existence, the Contact Center provided assistance and support to 100 thousand customers and answered millions of different questions: the number of calls per day exceeds 2,000.

The task of the call center is:

• providing high-quality information and communication support
• the provision of operational assistance in case of problems
• presentation of full information on products and services of the Bank
• clarification of card transaction details
• opening plastic cards
• assistance in conducting transactions in remote service channels
• support when applying for any loan products
• crediting transfers received through all money transfer systems to existing Bank cards
• operations on all accounts of customers connected to the Mobile Banking service based on the customer’s call and proper identification
