The repairs of Armenian highways’ has started in early April, the repairs of holes have been completed, with the exception of about 20 km because of the wet weather in Dilijan-Vanadzor highway, the work in that place is still ongoing and will be completed by May 28.
Because of harsh and long winter the road was damaged this year. Only in the interstate roads in 2017, 200 thousand square hole have been repaired. Whereas in 2016, 110 thousand square meters interstate and republican roads was repaired.
Currently, the repairmen continue to update markings, road signs, do restoration in the roads.
The pit-repair of roads is in progress and will be completed in the beginning of June.
