“Tashir” group of companies president Samvel Karapetyan ended the transaction of building purchase of “Izvestia” publishing house.
According to the Russian newspaper, the value of an investment program is $ 150 million, one of the most famous buildings in Moscow will be a modern multifunctional complex. The changes will not be in the front part of the building. Multifunctional complex will have a hotel with 250 rooms, an office part, a center of trade.
“Izvestia” publishing house was owned by the Russian President's Affairs Management Institute. Earlier it was planned to transform the publishing house to 186 thousand square meters business center, but the project was stopped because of non-fulfillment of investment commitments by the “Legacy” development company.
