The Government of the Republic of Armenia has decided to set the deadline and initial cost of the auction of the Ministry of Transport and Communication at Republic Square.

The starting price is about 13.2 billion drams or $ 27.5 million dollars, besides, the buyer will also pay the cadastral value of 0.25 hectares of land, which is the part of the land occupied - 151.2 million drams or about $ 315.000 dollars.

The decision to put on auction was taken on October 6, 2016.

70% of the amount will be directed to the RA state budget and 30% to the budget of Yerevan.
