All-Armenian Bank has transformed into All-Armenian Investment Fund, reported the Central Bank of Armenia at a press conference held on May 24, 2017. The Central Bank has undertaken a transformation process to ensure the efficiency and flexibility of the issues that faces the All-Armenian Bank, as a result of which All-Armenian Bank was transformed from the bank into an investment fund.

Transformation processes have come to their legal and logical end.

Now the All-Armenian Investment Fund has its own specialized fund manager, and the shareholder's competence will be exercised by the authorized government body of the Republic of Armenia.

At present, the Government of Armenia and the Central Bank of Armenia are discussing the details of legal and technical processes: the Transformed All-Armenian Fund and passing its management to the authorities of the responsible body of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
