
ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK continues the series of free business training courses for SME representatives in regions.
The next two-day business training took place in Gyumri and included newly introduced topics such as "Hotel Services Marketing", "Caring for Guests". Representatives of about 20 companies from small and medium-sized enterprises of Shirak marz took part in the trainings.
"One month ago, ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank and Shirak governor's office signed a memorandum on which we undertook to unite our efforts in SME sector development in Shirak. Employees of the Bank, who have recently received International Certification by the International Finance Corporation (IFC Business Edge), have conducted training courses outside Yerevan this year in Lori, Armavir, Syunik as well as Shirak regions, and this is the fourth training course in Shirak . We can state that this year we have a flow of tourists and the content of the business training course for the hotel business in the region is conditioned by the demand in the sector and the outlook for the upcoming developments. We are convinced that our accumulated and 20 years of international best practices that we have transferred to our colleagues in Shirak within these days will have a positive impact on the quality of their services and their business development, said Head of Development and Marketing Department of the Bank Arsen Melkonyan.
ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank has implemented 55 free business trainings with over 700 SME representatives from over 380 organizations. All SME representatives in Armenia can participate in business trainings.
