"The fact that the construction of the Martakert-Vardenis road would have a cartoon effect not only in the Martakert and Shahumian regions, but also in bringing Artsakh investments, hadn't caused doubt in anybody" said Tigran Abrahamyan, adviser to the president of Artsakh, on his Facebook page.

According to him, besides the fact that the state has taken steps to provide these regions with the necessary infrastructures, investments in hydropower and construction are increasing parallelly.

Yesterday, Artsakh State Minister Araik Harutyunyan informed that in the near future in the regions will be invested more than $ 100 million as a result of the implementation of new hydropower plants, water factory, camping building and a number of other projects.
