As a result of Armenia-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement signed in Brussels on November 13, Armenia expects from the European Union $ 26 million to finance economic programs in communities and $ 54 million for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Development David Lokyan said at the meeting with journalists.

"There is a need for EU budgetary outsourcing and spending cuts. We have problems with directing these funds to our communities, and the EU has set a standard for us, which should be fixed to have relevant financial inputs, "the minister said.

David Lokyan underlined that there is a problem of passive budget surveillance, which is in the center of attention of the Ministry.
