
Prices for precious metals in Armenia have risen by 2.6% this week instead of 0.8% in the previous week. The rise in prices for precious metals was mainly due to the increase in prices for gold, silver and platinum, and the palladium began to grow more quckly.
According to the State Treasury of Precious Metals and Gemstones Agency, as of October 16-22, 2017, the prices for precious metals are as follows: the price for one gram of gold is 19946.66 drams (a weekly increase by 1.9%), silver - 264.54 drams (a weekly increase by 3.1% ), platinum - 14367.17 drams (2.3% per week), palladium - 14747.15 drams (a weekly increase by 3.2%).
