According to the agreement signed between the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA) and Raiffeisenbank (Russia), Raiffeisenbank was granted the status of a direct participant of the securities settlement system, followed by the bank's opening of the Nominee account in the CDA.

The Raiffeisenbank's Nominee Account will enable International Raiffeisen Group customers to have direct access to the services provided by CDA, including the final settlement of securities transactions, corporate transactions (dividends, coupon payments, etc.) and other services.
