On December 13, USD coupon bonds of "CONVERSE BANK" CJSC were listed in the Abond list of NASDAQ OMX Armenia bonds, as well as it was allowed to carry out targeted trade and repo transactions with these bonds from the moment of their listing.

NASDAQ OMX Armenia announced that the mentioned issue of the company's bonds includes 40,000 nominal coupon bonds at nominal value of 100 USD, coupon rate of 5.25% and 24-month term. Bonds (ISIN - AMCOVSB24ER5) will be shifted to the stock exchange under the abbreviation of COVSB4.
