The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia informs that on January 8 at 09:00 there are some icy roads in some parts of Armenia.

On January 8-9, no precipitation is expected. On January 10-11, heavy precipitations and fog in Lori, Tavush, Syunik and Artsakh are expected.

The road is icy on Sotk-Karvachar highway and Vardenyants Pass.

There is fog in the Yerevan-Yeraskh highway.

We urge all the drivers to travel only with winter tires.

According to information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the North Ossetian Republic's Ministry of Emergency Situations, Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
