At the end of 2017, VTB Bank (Armenia) offered its clients to use the EarlyOne mobile application to provide more customer service. And already 10% of clients are taking turns in advance in remote mode, the bank's press service reports.

"EarlyOne mobile application allows customers of VTB Bank (Armenia) to join the queue in advance at the Bank's preferred branch at any convenient time. You need to download the EarlyOne mobile application on your mobile phone, select the button of VTB Bank (Armenia), mention the preferred branch office, date of service and time to join the queue for servicing. Getting the appropriate code, the customer approaches the Bank at the chosen time and enters the code on the queue management terminal screen, receives a coupon and the bank serves him right at the pre-selected time, "reads the message.

The bank also notes that the new opportunity not only saves time, but also makes the visit of the Bank's branches more convenient. Thanks to the EarlyOne application, the time spent by customers at the Bank's branches has dropped significantly. The number of customers using the service grows day by day, changing the culture of bank service in the Bank's branches.
