The annual dynamics of trade turnover between Armenia and Russia in January-December 2017 increased the annual growth rates to 26.1% (against 15.1% in 2016) exceeding $ 1.7 billion.

Russia keeps leading positions not only on this index, but also on export and import.

According to the National Statistical Service of Armenia, China is the second in the world in terms of turnover, which increased annual growth to 33.3% in 2017, after falling by 5.7% in 2016, providing a volume of 604.5 million dollars. Particularly, the export of Armenian goods to China increased by 28.4% (instead of a 41.7% decline in the previous year) to $ 123.8 million, with an increase of 34.6% in import (a 13.2% increase year earlier) ), up to $ 480.7 million (retains 2nd position).

Switzerland is the third largest trade partner of Armenia, providing three times annual growth (against the 34.7% growth in the previous year) to $ 366.8 million. In particular, the volume of export of Armenian goods to Switzerland increased by 3.6 times (against the 91.6% increase a year earlier) to $ 269.4 million (3rd place), in imports by 2.1 times (against the 8.2% decrease in the previous year) to $ 97.4 million.
