
The air company Brussels Airlines is seriously considering the possibility of exploitation of the Brussels-Yerevan-Brussels route. Vice President of the Company Herman Carpenter stated at a meeting with Gagik Tsarukyan, head of the GDCA in Yerevan.
He expressed an opinion that the positive developments in the aviation market of Armenia and the speed of passenger flow growth in the recent years can have a positive impact on the airline's profitability of the route from RA to the Central Europe.
Sergey Avetisyan noted that in the aviation sphere the necessary legal field is provided for the normal operation of the flights, as well as in case of signing an agreement recently signed between the Republic of Armenia and the EU General Aviation Zone, the airline will create more favorable conditions for the expansion of the route network.
At the meeting, Marcelo Vonde, RA International Airport Manager, also offered his support to the airline in organizing flights.
