Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan received the delegation headed by Italian "Anas" Group Director Gianni Vittorio Armani.

Issues related to the possibility of involvement of the Italian company in the North-South Road Construction Project were discussed at the meeting.

In particular, Gianni Armani stressed that they are ready to participate in the construction and operation of the Sisian-Qajaran road in the framework of public-private partnership.

Prime Minister Karapetyan welcomed the initiative of the "Anas" group of companies and underlined that the Government attaches importance to the implementation of this important infrastructure project and is ready to cooperate with the Italian company. The head of the government proposed to discuss the further steps of interaction with the Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of the Republic of Armenia and present the results to the Government Staff.
