With the support of VTB Bank (Armenia), an exhibition entitled "Return of Stolen Vrubel" will be opened at the Russian Museum of Art on March 20, 2018 dedicated to the return of Russian master Michael Vrubel and the return of lost masterpiece "The Devil and the Angels with Tamar's soul" to Armenia, reported the bank press service.

"Those interested can visit the exhibition from Tuesday to Sunday (Monday is a day off) at 38 Isahakyan Street. The exhibition will continue until November 20, 2018" the statement said.

The painting by Michael Vrubel "The Devil and the Angel with the Thamar's soul" was stolen from the Museum of Russian Art (Professor A. Abrahamyan's collection) in 1995. The picture, which has been in international search for 22 years, was discovered by Russian special services in March 2017. The picture has been restored during the last 8 months, after which it has got its original appearance. 2017 Russian President Vladimir Putin passed it to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan at the Vrubel Hall of the State Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow on November 15 within the Days of Armenian Culture in Moscow.
