Commercial banks in Armenia provided educational loans of 2,886 billion drams and $ 3,105 million as of the end of January 2018.

According to the Central Bank of Armenia, during the reporting period, credit organizations provided loans worth 132 million drams and nearly $ 3,000 to the sector.

Educational loans constitute the smallest portion of total loans. The volume of loans provided by commercial banks of Armenia as of the end of January made 2,374 trillion drams. The volume of loans has increased by about 16% as compared to the index at the end of January 2017.
