US President Donald Trump has signed a draft document on the country's budget expenditure, which does not provide financial assistance to Armenia.

Neighbor Georgia will receive $ 105 million from the United States. The aid to Ukraine will make $ 421 million.

It is noted that the document is aimed at assisting the Eastern European countries that have signed the Association Agreement with the EU to "reduce their vulnerability to political and economic pressure of Russia."

Earlier, 36 members of the US House of Representatives joined Congressional Armenian Caucus Co-Chair Frank Pallone, calling for a $ 70 million aid package to Artsakh and Armenia in 2019. The Committee also urged not to provide military aid to Azerbaijan and impose sanctions on the country.
