Under Article 61 of the RA Land Code, subsoil users are obliged to make a subsurface use fees, State Duty, Environmental Protection founding money within the deadlines.

The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of Armenia summarized the information provided by the State Revenue Committee under the Government of Armenia and the Ministry of Nature Protection of the Republic of Armenia as well as the information contained in the Soil Agency, separated those companies that have debts in above payments.

According to Article 30 of the RA Land Code, 15 out of the subsoil users have been given a written warning about eliminating the grounds for warning within not more than 90 days after receipt of notification. If these companies do not eliminate the grounds of warning within 90 days established by the Authorized Body, the Authorized Body may terminate the subsoil user's rights pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 3, of the same Article of the RA Code of Conduct.

The mentioned process is continuous.
