Karabakh Telecom monopoly disappears in Artsakh. Artsakh Republic State Minister Arayik Harutyunyan stated this today at a press conference.

The State Minister appealed to three operators operating in Armenia with official letters and offered to provide telecommunication services in Artsakh as well. In addition, the existing subscription fee will decrease by 50%, tariffs per minute will decrease by 20% per minute, roaming will be reduced by 20%, and by the end of the year cheaper and high quality Internet connection will be provided by the additional 11 million euros.
