On May 29-June 1, Armenia's foreign currency interbank market grew by 3.7% after the 6.6% growth last week. At the same time, the decline in dollar transactions in the intra-banking market continued.

The stock market has been silent from the beginning of the year. As a result, the dram against the dollar from May 29 to June 1 remained at the level of 483 drams, and against the euro continued to rise from 566 to 564 drams / euro, strengthening against the ruble - from 7.9 to 7.8 drams / 1 ruble.

According to the press service of the Central Bank, from May 29 to June 1, the volume of transactions in the intra-banking market made $ 12,650mln. at a weighted average rate of AMD 483.02 / $ 1.

Meanwhile, the largest volumes were recorded on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - $ 3.8 million, $ 4.7 million and $ 3.450 million respectively.
