On the occasion of the International Children's Day, the Theater of Opera and Ballet named after Al. Spendiaryan presented the opera "Anush" to the children of Vanadzor, which was staged specially for schoolchildren. Hundreds of children, including beneficiaries of special care centers, were present at the event organized by Converse Bank.
"Converse Bank traditionally celebrates International Children's Day by giving a small holiday on June 1 to children of different regions. This time we gave them an opportunity to listen to classical music. The performance of Toumanyan's "Anush" in Vanadzor was not accidental. Who will better understand the great Armenian writer, if not the children, who were born and grown up in his hometown Lori, who are familiar with the Tumanyan language nuances? "Said Arevnaz Hakobyan, Head of Marketing Department of Converse Bank.
In the previous years, on June 1, Converse Bank handed glucometer test strips and gifts to children suffering from diabetes in the Arzni-1 sanatorium, "Muratsan" hospital. And the Bank employees gave blood to children at the Hematology Center and replenished the deposit accounts opened in the name of 10 students of Vanadzor orphanage. Money will be given to children after they become adults.
