Tashir group of companies has issued a statement denying news about Samvel Karapetyan's creation of a new party in Armenia.

"Rumors in the media that Tashir Group Chairman Samvel Karapetyan creates a party on the threshold of early parliamentary elections in Armenia does not correspond to the reality and has no justification," the company's statement reads.

It is mentioned that Karapetyan "does not have political intentions in Armenia, he continues to carry out business activities and a number of charitable projects in the country ".
