The Prime Minister noted that during the Government session, a decision was made to nullify penalties for Armenian citizens' loans and clarified that they are negotiating with the banks and laws will be adopted so that all penalties will be nullified and as a result, the relationship between the bank and the borrower will return to the zero level, that is, that is, the negative phenomena, appeared after the borrower have taken the loan will disappear, and will gradually, phase-by-phase, begin the credit history clearance process.
