The government has considered invalid the decision on handing over the trust rights of "High Voltage Electric Networks" CJSC to "Tashir-Capital" company.

RA Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Arthur Grigoryan noted that the edited version of the agreement was not signed between the founder (the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia) and the trust manager and did not enter into force as the founder was no longer going to continue the work: to start and execute the process of transferring the rights asserted by the shares to the trust manager in the manner prescribed by the RA legislation.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated at the government session that two main energy networks should not be the property of the same owner. He noted that in the nearest future the government will make a decision on the method of managing "High Voltage Electric Networks" CJSC.
