A working consultation was held at the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant under the leadership of RA Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Arthur Grigoryan to raise the level of safety of the nuclear power plant, the process of extension of the exploitation term of the second power unit and modernization program.

According to the press service of the ministry, during the discussion, the Minister gave a number of recommendations, in particular, being strictly consistent so that the modernization works are carried out in accordance with a proper and timely schedule.

Then Arthur Grigoryan made a tour of the station, visited the turbine workshop, got acquainted with the process of renovation, modernization works and future plans.
