"Gazprom Armenia" CJSC has made a clarification on the SRC's report on avoidance of tax liabilities in companies belonging to "Gazprom Armenia".

Only AutoGas is a subsidiary of the company Gazprom Armenia, among those listed in the report of SRC. Tax inspections were carried out in this company by the annual program of inspections and actions arising therefrom.

The listed other companies have nothing to do with "Gazprom Armenia" CJSC.
