Georgia has extradited Armenia to Pyotr Tsigankov, who robbed $ 200,000 from Converse Bank in 2017.

According to the RA Police Press Office, on October 9, 2017, at about 11:05 am, a man entered the Converse Bank branch in Sayat-Nova Street and threatened the manager demanding money. Receiving $ 200,000, he left the area.

A criminal case was initiated for armed assault. The operative-investigative measures found out the identity of the robbers and took measures to detect them.

Due to the extensive operative-intelligence measures of the Police and the National Security Service, other participants of the incident were found on the night of October 14.
