At the Ministry of Finance the discussions of the draft state budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019 have been launched, which are attended by representatives of different state bodies.

According to the Ministry's Public Relations Department, the discussions refer to sectoral issues (including non-budgeted, state companies, government-initiated SNCOs, project implementation offices, foundations, etc.).

The emphasis is on targeting of expenditures to improve the quality of public services.
