Armeconombank lowered the terms of mortgage loans. In particular:

- For the purchase of residential real estate, AMD loans are provided at an annual interest rate of 9,8-10,3%, maximum AMD 25,000,000,

- AMD loans provided for renovation or construction of residential real estate loans are provided at 10,8-11,3% annual interest rate, maximum AMD 25,000,000,

- Within the framework of the "Affordable Housing for Young Families" State Target Program, the mortgage loan is provided at the annual interest rate of 2.8-3.3% in provinces and 4.8-5.3% annual interest rates in Yerevan.
