VTB Bank (Armenia) has made a decision to significantly reduce the annual interest rates on mortgage loans in AMD.

Starting from August 1, 2018, VTB Bank (Armenia) will provide a mortgage loan in AMD with interest rate of 10.4%, lowered by 2% for real estate acquisition or construction / renovation. There is also the best condition for the initial payment in the market, starting at 3%.

VTB Bank (Armenia) also provides a loan within a mortgage lending program "Apartment for Youth", the interest rate of which for customers from the regions of Armenia is 3.5%, and for clients from Yerevan - 5.5%.

Mortgage loan of VTB Bank (Armenia) is provided to RA citizens and residents. The borrower must be at least 21 years of age at the time of getting a loan, and at the time of loan repayment his age should not exceed the retirement age.
