The Sanitek Company was fined for improper waste disposal services.

Within the framework of the agreement signed between Yerevan Municipality and "Sanitek" company, the Department of Municipal Economy of Yerevan City Administration and the corresponding services of administrative districts have detected numerous cases of improper implementation of contractual services.

For this purpose, Sanitech Company has been sent "Compliance Notification" and has set reasonable terms to eliminate the shortcomings.

In all cases, the deficiencies were eliminated within the terms established by the notification, on the basis of which a notice on the failure of the Services was published in accordance with the agreement, and a fine of 12 000 377 AMD was imposed.

"Sanitech" also warned that more stringent measures will be applied in case of inadequate performance of services.
