Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received members of the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia led by Gagik Makaryan.
The Prime Minister noted that he attached importance to the dialogue between the government and various associations representing the interests of different sectors and added that it would give them the opportunity to periodically discuss the existing problems and to listen to their viewpoints to solve them.
During the meeting various issues were discussed to improve the business environment in our country, to stimulate foreign investments, to implement legislative reforms and replenish the labor market with corresponding staff. They also touched upon tax reforms, opportunities and prospects of public procurement, construction, civil aviation.
Noting the need to hold such meetings periodically, the Prime Minister instructed government officials to continue meetings with the members of the Council of Employers of the Republic of Armenia in order to discuss proposals for solving the problems in these areas.
