RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Mane Tandilyan reminded that, in case of the birth of the first and second child, the lump sum of the child's birth allowance is 50 thousand drams, in the case of the birth of the third or fourth child - 1 million drams and the fifth and the next child - 1.5 million drams.

"With this amendment we want to convey a clear message to our society that the birth of the second child is, in fact, of strategic importance to our state.
