Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan posted on his Facebook page the proposed amendments regarding income tax.

He reminded that at present there are three scales of income taxes. Now, according to him, two scales are proposed instead of three.

Thus, it is proposed that those who earn up to 250000 drams pay 20% income tax, and for more than 250000 - 25%.

Nikol Pashinyan is convinced that in this case we will have a significant reduction in the income tax, which will have some positive effect.

In the second version, it is proposed to set a 23-percent flat income tax, profit tax and dividend tax. "That is to say, have a tax system that income tax for all sizes of salaries is 23%."
