The delegation, led by Erik Grigoryan, met with the delegation of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) led by Nigel Jolants, EBRD Deputy Director for Climate Change and Energy Efficiency.

Nigel Jolants presented to the Head of the National Authorized Body of the Green Climate Fund in Armenia, Environment Minister the EBRD's "Green Cities" project development process. The program is expected to be implemented in 9 countries of the region, for what it is expected to receive $ 228 million. Armenia is unique among these countries, as the program includes two cities - Yerevan and Gyumri, while in other countries the program will be implemented in one city.
