For the first time in the Armenian financial market ARARABANK organized an open day for mortgage market participants. The event was held at ARARATBANK's "Development" branch with participation of mortgage stakeholders, developers and real estate agents and valuation companies.

ARARABANK Board Chairman, Executive Director Ashot Osipyan noted that the "Mortgage Night" united market participants - developers, intermediary organizations, and acquirers.

"The Bank has all the instruments for mortgage financing. We implement financing from the developer, both in the primary market and in the secondary market, and we provide loans for repairs," Osipyan said.

Among ARARABANK's new mortgage products were mentioned loans for physical persons' private housesconstruction, acquisition of business premises, as well as the loan with a grace period, which already has a great demand. The Bank also provides the opportunity to use other consumer products on the same terms during the mortgage period.
