"Armenia is the smallest country in the EAEU, but even being such a small country, it is getting endless opportunities and double them if the Diaspora factor is taken into account," said Ara Abrahamyan, President of the Union of Armenians of Russia, in his speech at the Eurasian Week 2018 forum. He noted that the participation of prominent Diaspora scholars during the conference, their scientific speeches will be of interest to businessmen and will create an opportunity for cooperation.
According to Abrahamyan, the "Eurasian Week 2018" forum contributes to the strengthening of socio-economic and cultural cooperation of member states through the development of economic relations.
"Every year our participation index is growing, and another feature of the" Eurasian Week "forum is that it is constantly operating. I think it would be appropriate to create such a system for entrepreneurs in the future, which will also be a great platform for cooperation between businessmen, "he said.
According to Ara Abrahamian, the potential of more than 200 million of EEU market is of great interest to partners.
"We all know that business likes investments, and investments are directed to where there are clear planning mechanisms. There are many problems in the world today, and the transport blockade for Armenia on the part of Turkey and Azerbaijan, Russia's sanctions against Russia and other difficulties are uniting everyone even more. Today we see the growing dynamics within the EEU market and we are sure that this potential has not been used completely yet, "Abrahamyan said, wishing the conference an effective work.
